    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4673950"&gt;@KariRanson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Restrictions to services occur due to missed payments, they are automatically applied and agents cannot override the process, even if you’re told otherwise. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky won’t reinstate restricted services until the arrears have been paid &lt;STRONG&gt;and&lt;/STRONG&gt; you’ve also set up a new continuous payment method. Until then any calls to Sky will only prompt you to pay. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your payment is 2+ weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well and if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears). So not paying for three months has probably triggered this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;not paying a bill for three months I paid £41 but our account is saying we have been suspended. We have no Wi-Fi or service going through our house&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4673950"&gt;@KariRanson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you have'nt paid for 3 months then its highly likely that your account has been cancelled,&amp;nbsp; in the unlikely case that it hasn't it would take the whole outstanding balance to be paid in full before restrictions are lifted(£41 would seem very low for 3 months service).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
