&lt;P&gt;Unless Sky specifically ask you to, you should never need to make any manual payments as this issue will arise&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This does not go towards your current bill, but goes as a credit towards your next month's bill. Only make manual payments if requested by Sky. Unfortunately your current bill needs to be paid in full. Bills are created up to 14 days in advance of your payment date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As has already been explained the sending of a chat invite is not instant. You need to be patient.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours&lt;/STRONG&gt; the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.
