      <title>Double charged for devices still not removed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am tired of paying my bill and then being told I will be refunded when they never do. Now I'm expected to pay £402 which is charging me for 2 of each device and a price plan I'm not on. This is month after month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The next bill these charges have been removed and the price plan lowered. It's now £27 instead of £10 . Charged me £40 for a sim not used&amp;nbsp; charged for picture messaging&amp;nbsp; etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told that every 14 days they automatically close any complaints etc and it's true. I've been doing this since July 2025.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is CICAS any good to complain to because I sent a email attached some bills and messages from sky but have heard nothing&amp;nbsp; this also applies to the email address they give for there head of ???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
