Mixed up accounts

Hi . I have 2 accounts one which is my main one that I have held for over 12 years with the same e mail , password which showed all my bills and payments including my mobile and another one that had my partners sim with a different e mail which was for his mobile . Now my. Main one with my e mail address shows me as account holder but has all my partners details so when I make contact I am not the account holder they ask for my partners e mail and mobile number yet when I ring it wants my details and password , also my mobile has completely disappeared nothing no rolled data no bills or previous ones , it's like my account has morphed into my Partners I have screen shots but they don't want those so. They can't see what I am seeing . Tried ringing but I don't think they understand told me it could take 5-7 working days to sort out , they still keep taking my mobile payment out I just can't see it ... keep saying my account is under my name.. but my sky vip and the app and everything else is in my partners name even when using my e mail log in .. At a loss and confused ..

It all sounds a bit of a mess so I would try asking to speak to their ID team about this.

is there a special number or dept need to speak too as I just got through to a genetic person in India

as the person this morning really didn't understand .. just kept saying my name is on the account ..

@Wardiechops no special number, but as @caesarome posted, it's the ID Management team you need.

Sorry to be a pain my head feels like it's exploding 🤣🤣😩 so I just ring the generic number and ask for the ID management team .. 😊😊 Thankyou so much
