      <title>Why is sky all online!?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the point in having "virtual assistants" who don't actually assist you. Why can't I speak to an actual human being who can help me sort ot my problems. It's infuriating. The point of being human is to make HUMAN connections not VIRTUAL ASSISTANT connections.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;im not very tech savvy im losing the plot and quite honestly sky is&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#999999"&gt; [removed] &lt;/FONT&gt;because of this. Why can't I talk to a human person who can actually help me and understand my questions instead of a robot who can't understand a word im saying because its not in their registered vocabulary!? Im sick of it. Since when did sky turn to chat bots to communicate when they can't help you do the things YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO DO and instead send you in circles. I've been a sky customer for years and what is the thanks i get. Oh the pleasure of talking to a robot who doesn't have any braincells to register the actual question im asking!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sadly because Sky doesn't invest in human customers support, when it does picks the cheapest option, if you live in the Uk the answer comes from&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Mumbai in India. , &amp;nbsp;also&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;English in the Indian accent is so strong as a old customer with not very good hearing, I have to give up just can't understand. It Not their fault but Skys &amp;nbsp;for not having a UK&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; call centre!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
