You shouldn't be paying via BT/EE if you have it via Sky so it will probably need cancelling.

Am I paying twice for some services? I’ve got Ultimate, Sports, TNT, Cinema and Whole Home with Glass and a second tv in another room.

Not from what you have said as the whole home package allows you to view what you have on your Sky Glass TV on the second TV so why do you believe you might be paying twice ?

Thanks a lot. I wondered if Netflix was duplicated in Ultimate and in some other package however, presumably, Sky ensures that there's no duplication of payment. Seems I'm paying twice for TNT Sports - once through Sky and again through BT/EE. Frustrating.
