@Chris4710 It could be down to a few things, the annual price increase, the end of a discounted period or out of plan calls/ roaming(last only applys to Sky talk or mobile).

Have a look at your bill and see what has increased since last month.

You can view your bill via the MySky app or online here so if you compare it with a previous one you should be able to see what has happened:
