Disney+ unlinked and can’t active it again

I recently linked my Disney+ to my sky account & a few days ago it unlinked it & I can no longer get it to activate through my sky account. Contacted Disney+ live chat & they don't know why it has done this as I still have an active subscription through sky for it, can't speak to anyone on live chat here & can't reactivate it as it's showing as active whenever I try from my sky account. Has anyone else had this issue and know how can I fix it? Thank you

Do you not see the chat bubble at the bottom of this page as it is that you need to select and type in as per the iamge shown here:
