I was speaking in live chat and got cut off they were sending me a link to pay £15 to get my broadband back on can anyone help olease

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link

Was contacted by Sky who offered a "better deal" and when I said the online price I found which was considerable less they hung up - on two different occasions !!

Are you sure these calls were from Sky as they are not usually known for making such calls but scammers are so were you asked for your telphone password that Sky would ask you for and if you were did they continue the call if you gave them a false one ?
