&lt;P&gt;Sky will take the payment from whatever details you have setup on your account so if it is a direct debit and this was not taken or failed they will try again 10 days later so during this&amp;nbsp;time there is no need to make any manual payments.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The credit will remain on your account and will be used against your next bill so there is actually no need to make any manual payments as you have done.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a direct debit there's no need to make manual payments. If you miss a payment Sky will automatically try again 10 days later which I suspect is what has happened here&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you now look in your next predicted &amp;nbsp;bill in the my Sky app you will probably see a credit for the manual amount you made.Sky still automatically try and take by direct debit againat this stage as told in the email they probably sent you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
