Yesterday I rang to cancel my TNT contract, that went well with the 31 day notice period. However when I was on the phone the gentleman noticed my contract was finishing soon on June 21st and said he'd kook into it for me to check if there were any offers available. I had an additional £13 in contract discount that expires in August and a £19 broadband discount that expires next march. He came back with a very good offer for 24 months. I asked him numerous times if this included the additional 2 discounts. He assured me it did, so I agreed to it I thanked him and left However about an hour later I checked the app to discover the additional discounts would indeed expire on the dates stated. I rang back and explained this to a lady call handler, she said I'd have to call back in August and March to get them reinstated I'm not confident that'll happen, I feel like I've been ripped off.

If it were me, I'd complain formally now, using the web form option here, asking Sky to listen back to the telephone conversation you had with them today at,such and such time. Ask them to honour, the commit, ent they made in course,of the conversation.
