      <description>Hi I recently cancelled my sky q on the my sky app and returned my equipment as per the instructions I now find that I'm still in contact for my tv subscription and talk package untill 2028 sky are now saying I can't cancel until the contract end date and if I want to get out of contract then I have to pay over 500 pounds any advice on this please</description>

&lt;P&gt;When did this contract starts as they are usually for 24 months so it must have started earlier this year if you are in contract until 2028 ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes I received the package and labels from sky and returned it as per instructions I have a receipt for proof postage I have had a bill in for 5.20 which I thought was just an outstanding balance But I've now had a message saying I have an outstanding payment</description>
