If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my my services back in March and am still yet to receive a refund. It is showing as a credit to next months payment for both tv and wifi however the payment date has now passed for next months payment and still nothing. Is there a way to speed this up?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
