Trying to join sky but virtual is **bleep** not taking me to correct plsce not snswering questions if i leave current suppluer costing 200 pounds

@Shazza591 if you're asking about credit for switching to Sky so that you can settle early termination charges levied by your current provider, this explains how it works: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer

You need to pay any charges with your current supplier and then you need to supply Sky with a copy of the bill which shows this charge and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and once you have done this they will apply a credit to your account.
