what is going on! I have called up as said can I keep my old box and got told yes now I'm being charged for it! Where has £181 come from I can't even use my sky app

Have you canceled Sky and did you have Sky Q or Sky steam If so the box is are only on loan and have to be retuned at the end of your subscription otherwise Sky will charge you for them. If you had a older box like SkyHD or Sky+ these are yours and you should contact Sky to ask why they charging you now.
