I just want to change my ID,why i can't do this?Does anyone know about my bill?why still i need pay too much, I was receiving the discount payment is £23 months at 23-01 -2026.

Your thread title and post are difficult to understand. As customers like you we can't see the bills. When did you negotiate this amount of £23 a month? Could that discount have expired? Have you factored in the April price increas for TV and broadband/landline phone subscriptions?

You can't change your main ID.

What does your latest and previous bills show so does it show that the discount has ended, you can view your bill via the MySky app.
