To whom it may concern I have been in touch with pastdue credit solution as to an unpaid bill

my refusal to pay this .
is simply because I called up and let you no my sky wasn't working and the lady I spoke to said she was sending me a new puk which I have never received...

Sorry @Mp141 but you are only talking to other customers on here so not paying a bill over a replacement puck that hasn't tuned up really isn't they way to go about sorting this out.

That's not a valid reason for refusing to pay your bill.
