Why is my bill 51.95 when l am new customer l was told my bill will be 39 pounds a month and l was only connected on 13th April had bill on 14th.

@Bluck19 What does your bill breakdown show? The 1st couple of bills may be higher as they cover a period of more than one month, you should also be aware you're biilled monthly in advance for services.

Have you checked the bill dates? Does it cover longer that the normal month? The first couple of bills are generally higher due to the dates they cover. Check future bills to see if that is the amount you're expecting.
