    <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed provider within the cooling off period. Unfortunately my new provider had an issue with open reach. It turns out sky had placed a duplicate order which was still on the open reach system. No other order could be processed.&lt;BR /&gt;When eventually my order was processed I was just outside the cooling off period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have now been sent a bill for the remaining contract term. How do i stand with this issue? Do I take it to CISAS or communications ombudsman?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you spoken to Sky yet as the charge would be automatic. &amp;nbsp;They may be able to adjust manually.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, you'll have to raise a complaint and follow that process before ADR.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
