How do you normally pay the bill, direct debit or continuous card payment?

What else did this email say ?

Does your Sky bill show that this bill has or has not been paid, you can check this via the MySky app.

Is the mail really from Sky? Could be a phishing scam...

It states that it can't collect payment from card given. I've been a sky customer for years, not sure why they can't collect direct debit

A direct debit is taken directly from your bank so a card plays no part in it.

What else does this email say, is there any links in it that say they go to your account for example ?

It states to avoid restriction of services, you must pay your outstanding balance and provide us with details for your ongoing payments. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee of 10 pounds being applied to your account. It stated to visit sky.com/bill

I would initiate a call to Sky.

Does logging into your account show any issues?
