      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky sent me a returns package and promised an email which would advise the equipment to return. Does anyone know what Sky needs back as no email&amp;nbsp; has arrived?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;They should contact you and tell you what they are expecting back. In terms of Sky Q, it's the main box, any mini boxes, remotes, power leads although it woukd seem Sky are not requesting the return of all main boxes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
