@Collette69 No one can call you back as this is a customer helps customer community, no Sky staff here can call you back either as no one will know who you are or even your contact details.

You haven't contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer to customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

Sky won't / can't contact you based on your post. Your Community username isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway. You need to initiate contact to discuss.

Whats happening when you call apart from a queue?

@Collette69 if your services have been restricted, the unfortunate reality is that there's no point trying to contact Sky. They won't reinstate your service until the overdue amount is paid in full and your monthly payment re-setup.
