Hi i signed up to Disney with sky. My husband has an account with Disney and when I went to link his account. Its saying that it is linked on sky but on the Disney page it's showing 15.99 a month. Do we pause the subscription on his account to avail of this offer.

Im having a similar issue i have linked my account and both sky account and disney plus account say standard with ads £0.00 whenever i go on disney plus on sky q i get a pop up saying scan qr code to complete activation. When i can it the link takes me to my sky account but it is prompting me to buy disney plus standard for £4 per month

Disney are going to phone me again at 4pm tomorrow - anyone know how I can actually speak to someone at Sky before then?
