    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone else experienced renewing their subscription with a new offer, only for Sky billing not to honour the agreed contract?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve called twice and sent three complaint emails. Each time I’ve spoken to customer service, they’ve acknowledged the issue and assured me it would be fixed—but nothing has changed. I don’t have the time to keep calling, so I’ve tried emailing instead, but I’m just getting generic and sometimes contradictory responses.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It’s really frustrating at this point. I’m now considering cancelling altogether, as I would never have agreed to the higher price they’re currently charging me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/complaints" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/complaints&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further&lt;/P&gt;</description>
