As stated you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

In any case Disney+ does not cost anywhere near that amount so perhaps explain what's happened and what you see on your online bills.

Hi @Wedding14MT I suspect that you have paid Disney+ direct (not Sky) for the annual Premium plan.

You can view your bill via the MySky app so what does it show that this has teen taken for so if is higher than usual that that suggests the offer you had has now finished.

As @MightyQuinn indicates, that's the cost of the Annual Premium plan from Disney themselves.
