We are customers here @Ken247 so we will reply when we can.

If you have seen an increase then it might be because a discount you had forgotten you had on the account has fimished so give Sky a call to see if they will offer you another one and if they do you will need to make up your mind while on the call and also make a note of when the discount finished so you can be aware of a future increase like this.
