      <description>&lt;P&gt;Iv never been able to log in to my account, I didn't need the sim straight away so wasn't an issue . Tried to use the sim and won't allow as not been activated. Can't activate sim now as after spending 42 minutes on the phone Iv been told the sims been cancelled as it wasn't activated!! &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I will have to now order a new sim which I can't do as can't log in and will have to pay more which isn't possible as Iv got cancer and heart failure so not able to work hence trying to sort the sim to save every penny possible&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
