      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've cancelled my Sky account, cost and performance became less attractive, however I see a credit on March account of 180.55 and a credit on April account for 46.49.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;broadband stopped end of March and tv is this week I'm sure, I've tried contacting them to get refund but no luck, any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
