Thanks for the link which I had already accessed but by either route, I am unable to print the bill. I'm using an iPad.

Have you used the download option then when it has downloaded opened the PDF file and then selected the print option ?

Hi, I have managed to print the text of the bill by highlighting and opting to 'share' and sending to print. The result is perfect as a record of the transaction for my records.
