      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is it that when sky contact me as a valuable diamond customer to offer a better deal, that the price you agree with them is not the price they bill you for. Happened to me yet again on 7th April 26 despite 3 times asking for confirmation of the agreed price I am now going to be billed £5 more. How can I rectify this ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Firstly are you100% sure the call was really from Sky? If you are ask them to listen back on the call to confirm exactly what was offered and agreed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

How can I rectify this ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should not be necessary for you to ask for conformation &amp;nbsp;as &amp;nbsp;in case when my subscription has been changed by either upgrade or downgrade following the phone call to customer service usualy within minutes but no later than half hour I have received a email and also a message in my Sky explaining the change in great detail including the new price or disconnect that was agreed. Also looking at my bills in my Sky shortly afterwords as well ( again within half hour if not quicker it shows a updated present &amp;nbsp;bill &amp;nbsp;and also future bill (up to three months in the future) what payments will be, showing fully iteamised the new amount and discounts that have been agreed. I should say &amp;nbsp;that this has always been in line with what was agreed over the phone. I am not sure how you contact Sky but I always contact the customer service dept on the phone and three times I have done this the last 6 months the above &amp;nbsp;procedure has always been been followed and to me seems that is Skys standard procedure with in the way they do things. Not sure why this has not happened to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I looked on my Sky app and the price is £5 more than was agreed. You must be lucky it took 2 months to sort out my account when contest ended last time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
