    <description>&lt;P&gt;Very frustrating trying to get any sense out of the chat bots!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two properties. I used to have sky products on one home but then set up broadband on my second property. I am now considering adding a tv package to my second home however the app will not let me update my address without signing up or transferring new products.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all I want to do is change my man address but the 'moving home' options doesn't allow this as wants to transfer services!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, a 'home move' is for transferring services to a new address only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll need to persevere in calling Sky to sort this out...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
