I closed my account direct debit in January, I sent back all the equipment and got a reciept of posting, since then you have taken £120.50 from my account in Feb and March . can you confirm I no longer have an account withn you as I havent used your services since Jan. my old acc no was[removed]. could ypu please refund my money Thank you.

How did you cancel?

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

Hopefully you didn't just cancel payments as your post suggests…

@hammersmith1 Nothing will happen on the back of your post.

Can you cionfirm that you have a direct debit still in place and there is a credit on the account? If so we can escalate your post to the community messaging team to help with the refund.
