      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've changed from now to sky and was quoted 18 a month,I was paying now 27, the engineer was cancelled because of issues and have now been told engineer due 6th July and have been told I'm with sky still but now have charged me 44 pound today? I have put in complaint today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have now spoken to sky because there having issues and have to put back the Broadband for 3 months and I'm out of contract I will need pay now the 44 pound a month and I can claim money back when it's go live.....she is chasing the installation bec 3 months seems excessive and there is no reason on her screen and they will be in touch tue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much for your time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
