      <description>&lt;P&gt;lady from sky sales rings me to say&amp;nbsp; as i have been with sky over 25 years she can arrange a discount on my package after 5 minutes reeling offer various&amp;nbsp; packages&amp;nbsp; and my head spinning she ends saying you will now have sky cinema now&amp;nbsp; included with your package for 2 years........thanks&amp;nbsp; bye ........now i see on my sky home page there is sky cinema&amp;nbsp; and next bill will be increasing from £47 to £64.........so much for discounting my packages....i never watch cinema and did not want it ..i was perfectly happy&amp;nbsp; with what i had&amp;nbsp; ...so now i have to mess about cancelling&amp;nbsp; the cinema.....i am now thinking of cancelling everything&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi thanks .for info.....but..managed to eventually get through on the phone..explained situation&amp;nbsp; and was told there would be a charge for cancelling ..after a few&amp;nbsp; harsh words&amp;nbsp; to him and explaining i would not be paying a penny to cancel their mistake .. he said after checking with someone&amp;nbsp; came back and said sorry&amp;nbsp; there will now be No charge for me to cancel&amp;nbsp; and to check my account tuesday to&amp;nbsp; check if cancelled ok...so will have to wait as its still showing on my account..another hour of my life wasted !!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
