    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to cancel a payment card and it caused my premium paramount plus subscription to cease. After putting on my new card details, it has been stuck on renewal in progress for 3 months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoken with the helpline several times but cannot seem to get it sorted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I try to change my subscription online (for example to downgrade to basic or standard ) it just doesn't work and I get a message saying to start again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
