&lt;P&gt;Is this a Non return fee or a refund of acredit due to overpayent?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned my equipment before the deadline after the cancellation. However, it has now been more than three months since I returned it, and I still haven’t received my refund.&amp;nbsp;I have contacted several people through the chat service, and all of them assured me that I would receive my refund within 2–3 working days. However, I still have not received my money.&amp;nbsp;Could you please process my refund urgently? I would not recommend Sky to anyone else based on this experience.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you saying you were charged a non return fee in error or do you see a credit on your account due to an overpayment prior to leaving Sky ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
