    <description>&lt;P&gt;I left at end of contract because I didn't receive services paid for for 5 months and they only gave me a month refund not 5 months. Somehow they say I owe £100. I told them to take the other 4 months refund to pay it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In what way did you not receive services for five months and why did Sky only refund you one month? (There is no automatic refunds when there's a local mast issue for example).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How did you cancel Sky Mobile? If Sky say you owe £100 they won’t reinstate restricted services (which allows you to cancel) until the arrears have been paid &lt;STRONG&gt;and&lt;/STRONG&gt; you’ve also set up a new continuous payment method. Until then any calls to Sky will only prompt you to pay. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your payment is 2+ weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well and if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (mobile or Sky Glass) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was on unlimited data plan but never received the service had to use data from my piggybank.&amp;nbsp; Yes I don't understand why I only received 1 month refund either. My problem now is ive paid the bill but can't use phone it says not registered on network. Plus from mysky it says I still owe £100 even though I recently paid that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
