      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've recently taken out sky glass and had new broadband installed, I've got a £78 credit on my account but despite 7 conversations I can't get this refunded, it's my money that I want back into my bank not to sit as a credit, the last person I spoke to told me I had to get my bank to call them to authorise this, HSBC are not going to call sky it's a ridiculous thing to suggest! I should need to make this amount of calls to get a sensible answer, had I known the customer service was this bad I'd of just cancelled! Anybody able to help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;
