&lt;P&gt;That is correct, billing doesn't stop when there is an outage but compensation credit should be applied to your account if you reported the issue to Sky as you can read about here:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been charged for the full month when I was without Sky services for 10 days, after my sky box stopped receiving signal. Tried all avenues to speak to Sky about this and got nowhere. I don't see why I should pay for services I wasn't receiving&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However if you contact Sky, they may give you a goodwill credit for the missed days. They expect us to use Sky Go to cover any outages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
