    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I payed on the 23rd march the £27 pounds and I've been charged today again I want that refund back can't be charging me twice in the same month I set up a new direct debit but I payed the balance on my last direct debit as that's what it's said when I logged in then I get charged again today? Like no that's not on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a recurring Direct Debit or card payment&amp;nbsp; in place you should never be making manual payments.&amp;nbsp; You will need to wait for the credit to show on your account before it can be refunded.&lt;/P&gt;
