If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a message from "sky@notifications.contact.sky" asking me to&amp;nbsp;contact a number (08081 014 437) from a UK landline to arrange repayment of a credit balance on your account. I have moved abroad and no longer have a UK number to call from. I do still have a UK bank account. Is there another way to arrange the repayment to my account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you wish, we can escalate your post to Skys Community Messaging Team. They can either reinstate your payment method to refund you in 3-5 working days or arrange a back office team to raise and send out a cheque to your new address which obviously takes longer and not sure if they'll do that for overseas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Let us know on this thread if you wish to do this confirming it's still showing as a credit on your Sky account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you can find Sky &amp;nbsp;normal customer service number which is 03. number you can call that from abroad by +44 I front of it. &amp;nbsp;Using that number they should still be able to help you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
