This is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":play_button:"&gt;▶️&lt;/span&gt; customer &lt;/STRONG&gt;discussion forum where we try to help other customers. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Signature is the basic package so if that's been cancelled then your Sky TV subscription has been cancelled. Unless you default on payment only you can cancel a subscription (presumably you are the account holder). You perhaps need to contact Sky to clarify the position.&lt;/P&gt;

Though I think it strange that signature has been cancelled as it is core subscription I did not think you could have a Sky Q subscription without a entertainment subscription . What have you got left. You will not be able to access HBO max app if you have no longer got signature&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Though there is the ultimate tv pack on Sky Q that only realy gives you &amp;nbsp;basic Netflix with ads, you still need signature as your entrainment package on Sky Q and can not normally be cancelled unless you cancel SkyQ altogether. There is no other entertainment package for Sky Q these days unless you have a very old subscription and have the old entertainment package , however that no longer offered as a new subscription even to existing Sky Q subscribers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
