      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently linked my Disney account with Disney to sky Disney.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I'm on the MySky app i enter my Visa card details to pay the 3 euro upfront payement &amp;nbsp;to change my Disney account over to sky and after entering the Visa card details and selecting confirm I get brought to a blank screen and nothing happens...the transaction does not go through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive tried using 2 separate cards and still end up with same result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it also is nothing to do with the bank 3d security as nothing is coming through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone any ideas why this is happening or how I can resolve this .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i also had a same issue when trying to make an upfront payement for a sky mobile handset about a year ago&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
