Disney through Sky Marketplace

I pay for Disney (£9.99 a month) through Sky Marketplace. I received an email from Sky when Disney became part of the package, saying no action needed and "we'll automatically apply the saving to your next bill". Well as far as I can see, £9.99 was still taken out of my account and having just looked at my current bill again, there's no reductions on there - Disney isn't even mentioned (although it never was). Has anyone else had this problem? I did originally ask a question on the Disney/Sky Q page, but don't think it ever got answered and I know there's still millions of posts being added constantly! Just thought I'd ask on here before I give in and phone Sky ...
