&lt;P&gt;The fact a CSA is unaware of Sky sending this email is worrying as even we are aware that Sky are sending these out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp; I have also received an email with my christian name from&lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;(Ive had to separate this address so it wont be blocked by Sky&amp;nbsp; regarding&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please contact us to arrange repayment of a credit balance on your account which was sent to an old email address that we used when we previously subscribed to Sky at an old address.&amp;nbsp; The number provided was&lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;&amp;nbsp;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt; when I checked this number with Money Saving Expert , the article said the number was genuine.&amp;nbsp; But I called Sky as a back up and they had no record of an email being sent.&amp;nbsp; So I am very confused as most articles on this forum advise to beware, but MSE say its genuine.&amp;nbsp; I provided this info to Sky and they gave me an email address of&lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:crsupport@sky.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;to send the email on to, but that bounced back to me as&amp;nbsp; undelivered.&amp;nbsp; Have anyone else had this issue and should I persue further?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;

Now resolved after 3 x telephone calls and pressing for a resoution - all Sky advisors denied any credits or refunds to come &amp;amp; no communication from Sky on either current or cancelled accounts.&amp;nbsp; Went with the MSE advice and called the alternative number - commincation found straight away and credit applied.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
