      <title>Sky Website / App Not processing card payments (tried multiple banks)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We moved our Sky subscription to Stream, after a long number of years with Sky going way back to the 1990s. This was to faciliate removal of a dish for practical reasons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When we moved for some reason Sky somehow screwed up the direct debit mandate and did not set it up, which resulted in a bill outstanding. We attempted to log in and pay this bill, and it just will not process. It goes to the 3D security authentication and then the amount is not taken.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried two Irish bricks and mortar banks with both credit and debit cards, and Revolut without success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The direct debit seems to be in place now, so I am just going to let it roll over to the next billing cycle as I have tried this about 8 or 9 times and I frankly don't have the time or the patience for it anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have been with Sky since the mid 1990s and this is really ridiculous. I'm being bombarded with text messages saying the bill is outstanding and your systems seem to be unwilling to take my money!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the excat same problem, been on direct debit for 20+ year moving to Credit Card for Stream plus Mobile and wont accept any Irish credit card numbers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
