      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there. I apologise if this is the wrong section. I am at my wits end. I discovered yesterday that my Paramount+ had gone. It was stated &amp;nbsp;that I didn't have an account. &amp;nbsp;I knew I had one. I called Sky who confirmed I did have one and told me the problem was with Paramount. I called them and they told me the fault what's with Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky then accuse me of using a different email which I've never done. I only have the one I was told that what I was describing was impossible. &amp;nbsp;I called again later was put through to a different person who told me it wasn't impossible and spent an hour on the phone with the gentleman who was Knowledgeable and very, very helpful, however we still could not fix the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would appear that they think I have an account with Paramount and also with Sky. I don't. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We decided the best thing to do was to remove Sky movies and Paramount+ and then when Sky movies came on again, I could reapply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did...it still said I had an account with them, but I couldn't access it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then called Paramount out of desperation who told me at the end of the conversation that they believed it was a problem with them and they were Lots of complaints has anybody else had any problems with their Paramount+.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the long-winded message, but I just want to watch my shows and I simply cannot Get on it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Exactly the same here, a week ago today &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;paramount had logged me out and turned the paramount app into German! After an hour on the phone last Saturday and a ticket logged and a promise of a call back on Tuesday which never happened I called again and spent an hour explaining the situation to different people as I was passed around to different departments.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Eventually I ended up with the correct&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;person in the correct department, a very knowledgeable lady in Bulgaria! We spent an hour and a half going through different things from cancelling Sky cinema and reinstalling it, changing my default email address on Sky, trying to log into Paramount on the tv on the web nothing has worked. I made a new email but that&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;didn't work either as it still said I have a account already!!! I pay £6 a month to sky market place for the paramount+ premium wether this has something to do with it I don't know. It was left with a promise of another call back the next day as they said this was my monthly renewal date and maybe it would work. On my tv in app subscriptions it just says renewal in&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;process, it's said that now for 5 days.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yesterday I received a text from Sky saying the paramount problems I was having seems to be affecting a lot of people and that they were working on it and would be in touch. So I'm just sat waiting...... I'm at the point where l'll have to just cancel it and pay more and actually subscribe through paramount itself! I see from March Disney&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;will be included in my Sky subscription, if it's anything like this l'll keep paying my subscription to Disney!! Any one had any joy with this problem would love to hear what you did!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also had a paramount plus problem. Was having difficulty logging on. Then details &amp;nbsp;appeared in German .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;left it a couple of days, was about to cancel sky .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;all seems ok now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think Paramount+ is having loads of problems. I took up the offer of a free year through the VIP rewards. The signing up process was okay, but I was never able to access it and then got an email saying my trial had ended a week later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Dad had the same issue with Paramount coming up in German. We rang Sky twice to no avail. We also contacted Paramount who said it was a Sky issue. Very frustrating as you can imagine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Dad just happen to mention to my husband that it didn't seem as if the sky box was updating so hubby did a hard reboot of the sky box (he found out on a google search what to do). While the box is switched on disconnect it by pulling out the power lead. Leave it like this for 2 to 3 minutes then plug it back in. It will take a little while for the sky box to restart. This worked for my Dad's sky box and now the Paramount app works as it should.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone hear had there issue with Paramount+ resolved, re: link Paramount+ with active Sky Paramount+ subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been waiting for a week know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had Paramount+ free as a Sky Cinema subscriber, last Nov upgraded to Paramount Premium, via the Sky Market Place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Due my debit card registered on Sky Market Place being lost and cancelled, did not realise payments stopped since Dec last year, payments now up to date and registered replacement card on Sky Market Place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now Sky end all looks ok, but in Paramount+ does not recognise I have a Paramount+ premium account, or any account, no know work around, I have been &lt;STRONG&gt;asked&lt;/STRONG&gt; to try work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What seems like a simple check for Paramount+ to carry out there end, after they asked for my Sky TV subscription number, to which they informed me they would liase with Sky, is taking an unacceptable amount of time, 96hrs+ since Paramount+ said they would liase with Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the end of the day it makes both Sky and Paramount+ look bad.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have been able to log in again now, but it like starting all over again, I have had to set up the payment with market place again but my Sky account is linked to paramount. Hope everyone else is sorted!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've phoned Sky up today as I've not had an email from Paramount+ for over a week and was told that hopefully mine should be sorted within the next 24/48 hours so fingers crossed. I will have to resubscribe to the premium package but I don't mind that as long as it's working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear, it was so fustraiting for me too, a week back and forth with sky and Paramount and another week for Sky backend to fix by removing my Sky Paramount+ subscriptiion, then I registered for Paramount+ with adds again, I was then able to follow the link and log into my Paramount+ account with the same previous credentials and it worked again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next I upgraded to Paramount+ premium via the Sky app store and then back working as before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issist backend removes you Paramount+ subscription, the link Sky end is only if you have Paramount+ with adds, when you have Paramount+ premium and there is a payment issue like we have all had, the link no longer works to link to Paramount+ account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck and hope resolved for you soon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it was, Sky backend removes my paramount+premium subscription, then I had to start over by registering for free basic, then subscribe to premium.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Confirm with customer support if backend working on your issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
