Hello I have received an email saying it is from SKY saying I am due a refund, not sure if it's a scam?

It probably is not a scam if you have left Sky and there is n outstanding credit left on your account. You will have been sent this email is Sky could not automatically refund it to you due to the payment details being removed so if there is a number on the email you need to call it so a cheque can be sent out to you.
