Disney + Activation

Up untill last month I was paying for Disney+.

When I saw the email saying it would be included in my sky package I cancelled the subscription .

After my subscription had finished I went onto my sky mini box & clicked get Disney + & activated it fine no problems .

The next day I tried exactly the same thing on my main box & it will not work . The screen goes blue then comes up saying £0 a month - standard with ads - starts soon & doesn't give me any options to do anything .

I have tried everything online suggests , software update , app update , activating under different section but getting nowhere .

Any ideas or help would be very much appreciated .

@Loopy_0607 I think you have gone about this the wrong way round

the initial sign up has to be done through the main box only with the registration then filtering through to the mini boxes

your best option is to contact sky for assistance
