    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I left Sky in 2025 due to moving in with my partner who was already in contract with another provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have both then moved into a new address this month and I have re-joined Sky with the same E Mail address as before. However, when I access the MySky app, it still contains my old account number and old address, and it says I have no bills/produccts etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can access the bills for my new account via my TV screeen but not on the app. The Help section of the website sends me in circles without resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You need to remove the email address from the old closed account then logout of the app and set yourself up a new one using your new account number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
